What is BRbhai 's Convenience Fee?

A Convenience Fee of Rs. 49/ will be applicable for the orders with only personal care items  under 499/-

1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the convenience fee, if paid online.


2. If you return an order delivered to you, order convenience Fee will not be refunded. However, if you self - ship you returns, we will reimburse  self shipment charges based on BRbhai 's  Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, Convenience fee will be non refundable irrespective of order value.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.


What is BRbhai 's Fair Usage Policy?

1.We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect rights of our customers , we reserve the right to collect convenience fee of INR 49 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.


Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.


What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.


Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by on BRbhai?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Flipkart. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay, Delivery charges are not hidden charges.


Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.


I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible will facilitate the pick-up of the item.  you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne.


What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

Items listed as "In Stock", will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.


'Temporarily Unavailable'?

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?

How can I check if BRbhai delivers to my PIN Code?

You can find out if BRbhai delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page. Please tap on "Check Delivery options" and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the Product selected. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.


How are orders placed on BRbhai delivered to me?

All orders placed on BRbhai are dispatched through courier service - Shiprocket Or other such as Blue Dart, Delhivery Etc.


Does BRbhai deliver internationally?

As of now, BRbhai doesn't deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
